Sang-yun Lee
President & CEO
A pioneer of "GAA+M3D" with 30 years accumulated experience in the semiconductor industry. He holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, MO and Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, respectively. Before founding BeSang, he held various positions at Samsung, Motorola, and Integrated Device Technology.
Junil Park
Sr. Vice President, R&D
As a head of R&D, he is responsible for technology development including 3D Super Memories wafer processing and R&D. Before BeSang, he has had various engineering and management positions at Samsung electronics and IPS (Integrated Process Systems).
Greg Martinez
Director, Intellectual Property
As a head of intellectual property, he is managing BeSang's proprietary patent portfolio. He finished law school at Arizona State University and also holds M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.

Dr. Choonsik Oh
Former CTO and EVP of Hynix Semiconductor
Under his leadership, Hynix doubled the DRAM market share and successfully returned to the second largest memory company in the world. He established NAND flash business from scratch at Hynix Semiconductor through extensive strategic alliances.

Venture Capitalist
Renowned early-stage venture capitalist in technology sector. He is helping entrepreneurs create the "Next Big Thing" in the technology sector. For the last 17 years, he invested 40 start-up companies and helped 16 companies go to IPO.
